KB206: Images are not displayed in page

When you use images to enrich your application, you may notice that the images are not displayed.

This problem occurs because of wired known behavior of IIS that affects cached generated resources. It seems as the Microsoft KB says that generated files that are defined to be cached are cached wrongly by the IIS which in some cases tries to search the physical file instead of using the HTTPHandler.

To work around this problem, follow these steps:
