OEM / SaaS License Agreement	2 options: Commercial or Open source LGPL			You might need an OEM / SaaS license if you develop application with one of Visual WebGui commercial products and distribute it as a named application (branded or unbranded) to 5 end user organizations or more or your application serves as SaaS, 5 end user organizations or more. In this case you have two distribution options: Distribute as LGPL Open Source: In this case You must license your named application or application offered as SaaS, with an LGPL license for Visual WebGui combined code or library. This license requires a notice to your end user organization that the application contains LGPL open source VWG library or code and that VWG is the copyright owner. Also you are required to maintain the Visual WebGui LGPL Copyright UI waiver, I (from version 6.3.1 ). You may remove it only with commercial license. If you choose this license, you may deploy freely and there is no OEM / SaaS payable fee to Gizmox. Distribute Commercially with no LGPL restrictions: Pay lamp sum OEM / SaaS license fee per application for lifetime and license your product to your end user organization, as you choose with no restrictions. With this license you are free to remove the LGPL Visual WebGui waiver, and you do not have to notify your end user organization that you had embedded Visual WebGui in your application.
