Crystal Report viewer wrapper control

This code contains a Crystal Report viewer wrapper control which can be used to integrate Crystal Reports into Visual WebGui. The control inherits from AspControlBoxBase class that enables wrapping ASP.NET controls into Visual WebGui controls.

Attached is the file Gizmox.WebGUI.Silverlight.Packaging.exe which is a fix version of the packager tool.

This file fixes a critical bug within the Silverlight Packager tool which causes the packager not to be able to recognize projects of type theme.
