Breaking Changes

VWG-5310 - ComboBox should draw borders around it's dropdown
           Now there is a border around the ComboBox drop-down-list.
VWG-5312 - Control with BorderStyle = FixedSingle or Fixed3D should render with that border
           Default border color is rendered no matter what value is requested.
VWG-5317 - MessageBox Button Focus border should surround the Button
           Size of TableLayoutPanel in the MessageBox is smaller than before.
