Breaking Changes

VWG-5611 - Wrapper: A wrapper created for the DayPilot control should work and be able to save state
           We added a 'DoSubmit' method on the wrapper control that when called forces the submission of changes in the ASP.NET control client to the server.
           We also added a 'Submit' event on the wrapper that you can register to.
VWG-5459 - OpenFileDialog: type Flash should be able to upload empty files
           When a Flash type OpenFileDialog is asked to upload an empty file, a MessageBox will pop-up saying this action is not supported.
