The Visual WebGui Forums do not use the Visual WebGui framework as their platform. They use the DNN forum module.
I am not sure what version of the FCKEditor is used in the specific version of the DNN Forum module.

Please realize the 3rd party control, arrive as they are with their set of funcionality. Our wrapper only allows VWG server-side access to the server-side functionality of the wrapped control.
