Using VWG_Professional_Studio_6.3.11_NET3.5

If you set the Format to Custom and set the customformat to MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm tt odd behavior occurs:

if you cusrsor over to the hour field and use the up down arrows - selecting 08 or 09 then exit the conrol or arrow left or right  - the hours changes to 12. This only happens with the hour of 08 or 09.

Now-  changing the format to MM/dd/yyyy h:mm tt (single digit hour) - and it operates properly.

Am I doing somethign wrong ?
