James is correct on that you will need the upcoming version 6.4.0 Release d in order to use these controls, which are actually two controls, ToolStrip and MenuStrip.

As we have not released this version yet, the best I can offer is that you email support a request to join the Beta testers team, including basic information about yourself like your username and company. Upon joining that team, you will have access to the latest QA media for this upcoming version where you can try these new features out, as well as report any bugs that you may hit while testing.
