Oh! I fixed it. I added this code snippet:
<appSettings>
<add key="FCKeditor:BasePath" value="~/FCKeditor/" />
</appSettings>
And this actually broke it. Not sure why. I found it in another post. Maybe because I'm using C# not VB?
