Here is what we found when testing over VWG v6.4 Beta1c:
"Category panel text is clipped both IE and FF eg Visual Behaviours" - Not reproduced. Tested with IE8 and FF3.6.
"Spelling of Resources in Misc. Behaviours" - New issue created. Please view it here and track our progress.
