Please create the most minimal reproducing sample application that demonstrates the problem, clean the project, zip it and then email it to support (see email address in my signature). Please remember to include the full Http reference to this thread in that email and also please post here on this thread when you have sent the email.

If you do find the focusing to be working incosistently in any Visual WebGui application, or generally in all applications, please do the same as I suggested to the originator of the thread: Please narrow down to a reportable and reproducable scenario, create a minimal reproducing application, clean it, zip it and email it to support, as per my earlier instructions.

It's very hard for us to work on such general cases when we don't have any exact scenario to work on, so it would be to your benefit an all others to report it.
