This happens to me very often also. I am using the latest version of VWG, Visual Studio 2005, and .Net 2.0. Every now and then, for no reason, I suddenly find that I can't delete any controls. If I close the form and the code file, and then open it again, I can delete controls again.

The same happens to me. The work around stated helped fix it for me as well.

We still do not have a reproducable scenario on this issue.
we can reproduce it but it does not seem to have a logical behavior.

Hi there.

I could not find a post saying that this was fixed. I experience this also, so I will list my details in the hope that it helps to reproduce the bug ...

XP Pro
VS2008
VWG Stable Version (5.82.9)
Visual Basic

Start a new project, set Form1.wgx, add label, run to confirm all works.

Add a Visual WebGui User Control, UserControl1.vb, add controls to this then try and delete them ... does not work (right-click show Delete grayed out).

Close UserControl1.vb [Design] and reopen ... controls can now be deleted.
