I haven't even looked at Silverlight myself yet as I'm developing for multiple platform clients, where Silverlight is not an option at the moment.
One of the buties of VWG is that you can switch presentation layers, even runtime I think, so I presume all the controls are available in both worlds.
You should be able to find a lot of info about this, starting from the home page. And you have this forum, and then you have the videos, articles, code samples ....

if we go to asp .net forum, sample codes are avialable for downloading. like wise is there any codes available for this VWG Controls.
More over i could find out more than 5o controls. These controls are avilable for both windows based application as well as web based aplpications ?

The open source ones, are open source and hence free. Think they are licensed under LPGL or something like that. Source code for those controls is readily available via SVN, as is the source code for quite many examples and demos, which you can find on the site.
I think you'll get answers to a lot of your questions by going through the material that you can find on the main page, http://www.visualwebgui.com.
Regarding WinForms/Web applications, that is called "2 in 1 application". You can see demo for that in the video section.
