Hi, and at first i'm sorry for my bad english.

2869 is an internal error. The real error is another. In order to see it you have to modify msi file using a tool like orca (http://www.technipages.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/orca.Msi).

In the msi file you have to add the following entry

Error:1001

Message Error[1] : [2].

In this way you'll se correct error and then correct it.
