Ori, I've tried installing 6.4 Express on Visual Web Developer 2008 and I can confirm that while the installation completes without reporting any errors there are no project or item templates in Visual Web Developer 2008 once the installation completes. I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling, removing Web developer and VWG then and reinstalling everything but nothing seems to work - I always end up with no project templates. I'd like to complete a test project I started using the trial edition of 6.4 but cannot because Express will not install correctly.

Hi,

Can you confirm that you have installed "Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition" and all it's service packs, and then you have installed Visual WebGui Express Studio for VS2008 (NET 3.5) downloadable from here ?

And you installed the Visual WebGui Express Studio after you fully installed and patched the VS2008 Web Developer 2008 Express ?
