 I just ran into this same issue after downloaind the "with sources" version. I guess I'm used to getting the pre-compiled binaries and source when dealing with other vendors. I didn't see anything listed in the Readme.txt file that gets added with a new project, or anything during the install that would give me a indication as to why I was missing references. The fact that the common assembly is referenced, made it all the more confusing.
