Upgrading to Visual WebGui v6.4 - observations

Hi support,

I have upgraded two of my deployed applications (from 6.3.14) to 6.4.0 RC0a. The KB "Upgrading to Visual WebGui v6.4" article was invaluable! There was a request in it to report further issues ... both of these are minor ...

Needed to replace: Gizmox.WebGUI.Server.Context.Config.GetDirectory("UserData")
With: Gizmox.WebGUI.Common.Global.Context.Config.GetDirectory("UserData")

With Gizmox.WebGUI.Forms.TreeNode, previously any Icon.File was sized to fit, this is no longer the case, so:
Needed to replace: Larger (in this case 24x24) PNGs
With: 16x16 PNGs

Hi Neil,

I'm really glad you liked the upgrade notes article, and I'm also really glad that you supply your own notes about the upgrade process.

I added a section for the Application Configuration Manager, but regarding the TreeView and image sizes, I do not think this is the correct behaviour for the TreeView, so I opened a new issue on that subject which you can track here. If the issue gets turned down (as a Won't fix), I will add the node.
