Hello Oliver,
Sorry for the late response.
The Visual WebGui public forums usually provide a response within 2 to 5 days.
If you would like to receive faster responses, there is the option of the commercial forums. If you have purchased a Visual WebGui Professional Studio product in that past year, you already have access to those forums with the user account with which you purchased it. If not, you can purchase a Support Package which gives you a one year access to the commercial forums.
On the commercial forums we are obliged to respond within 24 hours, any time of the year.
If you reply within the threads in which you post you move the thread back in the queue because we normally respond to threads by the date of the last post on them.
The bug reported in this thread here is currently fixed in Visual WebGui v6.4 RC1.
Visual WebGui v6.4 RC0b QA4 was released to our QA team and beta-testers on August 26th 2010. A long time (48 days) ago.
FYI, we are willing to provide you (or any other community member) with our v6.4 RC1 QA versions, as they are released (weekly on Thursdays), to our QA team and beta-testers.
This will allow you to enjoy the fixes we added and will continue to add to the framework before the version is released and to run your application/s on those versions to see if you can find any bugs, and report them, so we will have them fixed before releasing the final v6.4 RC1.
Visual WebGui v6.4 RC1 is currently far more stable than v6.4 RC0a.
To be able to provide you with these medias, I need you to clearly confirm understanding that the v6.4 QA versions are not a final version release and are not meant to be used on commercial deployments, but only for testing. Also, more fixes will definitely make it into v6.4 RC1 before it is released.
Visual WebGui v6.4 RC1 is planned to be released during the first half of November 2010.
Regards,
Ori Cohen
