I believe there is an older post about this problem: here.

When I look at this issue tracker here. the resolution is unsolved.

To reproduce this problem:

1. Create winform application

2. Put a datepicker on the form

3. Start application a it will result in the error mentioned above.

ps: this only occurs in a winforms applications not in web applications

Hi,

I did not change de Gizmoxs dlls reference to local copy.

I use visual studio 2008 .net 3.5. Browser version is not applicable because it is a Windows Client Application

I tested this issue on all OS's Vista,Xp,2003 server. It always gives the same error:
