Tooltips don't work

Nothing appears when mouse hovers over any control with tooltip specified.

Hi,

I could not reproduce this issue as is from your description (I tried a tooltip on a textbox with revision 6.1.2 as an example). Can you please specify how exactly you activate the tooltip on which control and against which version?
