how can create a silverlight application?

hi, i'm working in a vista 64 bit computer with vwg 6.2.0a with silverlight 20 rtw installed with vs 2008 sp1.
i create a new application, adding the support to silverlight, adding a button and a textbox and running it, but all i see is an empty form: no error, seems that silverlight is started but nothing is shownm but the form is shown correctly in the .swg page.
i'm doing something wrong?

I need you to provide some more details as for your environment:

•    Please provide some more details as for your environment:
o    Vista Version :release candidate or vista 2 beta 2 .

•    A sample reproduction application would be highly appreciated and will speed up the diagnosis.
