Ohw, it's ok now, I reintalled files: WG community SDK, WG Silverlight SDK and Silverlight 2 beta 2. And I changed C:\WINDOWS\system32\Gizmox\Silverlight\Gizmox.WebGUI.Silverlight.Packaging.exe: .
But now, I have another problem about apply Black theme for sites, when I add Assembly Name "Gizmox.WebGUI.Silverlight.Themes.Black" the right hand by Gizmoz -> Silverlight SDK tools -> Visual WebGUI Silverlight Pakaging Tool, press OK, it show stacktrace:
Could not create the application package.
