Hi Palli,

I tried the Beta 3 NETHTML5 release with the Beta3 Catalog Sample.

It ran fine although there are some problems which I believe are in the Catalog Sample.

Feeling bold I then tried the Companion Kit that got installed.

VS2008 complains that Gizmox.VWGCoreApplication.targets is missing.

Hi Jay,

With VS2008 complaining like that, it usually means an installation of Visual WebGui got wrong, most often not enough rights (non-admin). Could that be the case ?

Hi Palli,

I have Administrator rights and no option to "run as administrator" on the MSI file.

I tried from scratch again and after re-installing there is still no targets file.

What I did then was to use SVN to get the Gizmox.VWGCoreApplication.targets into MSBuild and it all worked.

On my Windows 7 PC this file isnt there either but the CK compiles and runs OK.

I finally got to test this, and it turned out that we already had a tracker entry reported by an anonymous use with very little description. I updated the entry with more details. Please view it here and follow up on our progress.

Please also check if this confirms with your findings.
