Few IE users do not get the vertical scroll bar on the combobox and would need to navigate using the DOWN arrow key. The vertical scroll bar appears for 90 % users. Please help identify why few IE 7 users do not get the scroll bar.

I had the same problem, it turned out to be that the user had changed the DPI setting of their browser, which caused the calculation of the scroll bar location to be outside of the visible control.

We have a project running 6.3.6a and are having similar issues.  For all users of the site 50% of the comboboxes may show a scrollbar when necessary, the other 50% will not.   We cannot determine why.  Any help would be appreciated.
