Please note that in some cases .zip file do not make it through email filters and we often change the extension from .zip to .xip to fool the filters. If the file is to big, you may want to upload it to a free filehosting service (like MediaFire.com or any other) and email the link.

Thanks for the sample application. I was able to reproduce this on 6.4.0 JQT Beta3.

Whatever it was, I am happy to confirm that it has already been fixed in the upcoming next release.
