Catalog Sample

Can you please let me know which version of the Catalog Samle is your on line version at

http://samples.visualwebgui.com/MainForm.wgx

The 6.2.4 version I downloaded has a problem with the RibbonSample (control not registered)

The Ribbon 6.3.0 works but no icons show.

In addition to RibbonSample there is SampleRibbon, what is this supposed to do?

Hi Jay,

Seems to be a simple answer to this one .... just go to Help and About and you got your version :-)

I verified this both with your link above and a 6.3.1 version I have from SVN. The 6.3.1 version hasn't been updated as there is no 6.3.1 version yet, so it still shows 6.3

In the 6.3.1 Catalog from SVN with 6.3.1 code, the icons seem to work. Any icons in particular that you can point me to that were missing in your test just so I can verify?

Thanks, the help shows 6.2.3

Sorry I was referring to the Ribbon sample page.

6.2.4 seems to have PNG files for the icons but I havent fixed that version yet.

Hi Jay,

No problem...

I verified the same problem with 6.3.1 on the Ribbon sample page. The icons are not working.

I will check this soon and then file an issue when I have studied a little better.

If you got 6.2.4 fixed in the meantime, please let me know what you do to fix, so I can include that in the issue.

Hi Palli,

As if I dont have enough of my own bugs to fix!

Actually 6.2.4 is "fixed" by rgistering Sample Ribbon but I think this is not what was supposed to be in there. My best guess is someone changed it from Ribbon Sample.

Incidentally using the Registration and trying to add threw out all the previosly selected controls.

I had to edit web.config.

6.2.3 also needs Ribbon Sample to be registered
