I used both 6.3.13 and 6.3.14 and tested the application attached to the issue and deployed to IIS7 on Vista 32bit and it worked just fine in the Classic app pool.

We need to know more about yor environment to be able to narrow your problem down.

Have you followed the clearing cache procedure here and made sure it has been cleaned on the server too (ASP.NET Temporary files etc.) ?
