Thanks for asking, It was a real disaster i spoke to 6 diffrent persons, had to explain it over and over again and due to the arogant attitude of Microsoft it didn't result in anything. I personally i still believe it's a combination of a programming mistake that result in unhandled exeptions and a IIS7/X64 bug that causes the sessions to get mixed up. We resolved that bug in our login page and we didn't have anyproblems after it.
The support here is really excelent Microsoft could learn something of it. Of course you also sometimes cannot help or it's difficult to track a certain problem but you are always willing to think as a customer and that's a whole diffrent and more pleasant oproache.
