change disabled forecolor

Hello,

the light grey used for a disable textbox is a bit too light so we would like to use a darker grey.  I try to change this with a theme but can't find how to do it.

Can I do it wit a theme?

thanks

Martin

Re: change disabled forecolor

Hi Martin,

You can do it with a theme, yes, but the settings are currently hard coded into the XSLT, so you would have to do more than just change some simple property. We already have an open tracker entry on it. Please view it here and follow up on our progress.

Re: change disabled forecolor

 Hi Palli,

have you any status update about this issue? Currently we use Office2010 Theme in Version 6.4 Release e and the light grey font for readonly textboxes is not very readable.

As it seems, we do not have any possibility to change the font color for readonly textboxes ourselves?

Thanks in advance.

Re: change disabled forecolor

Hi S.Merkl

do you mean ReadOnly = true  or Enabled = false

if you mean ReadOnly=true then just change the forecolour of you textbox from Black to 1,1,1 to stop the theme applying the "ReadOnly Grey Colour"

cheers james

Re: change disabled forecolor

 Hi S. Merkl,

You can simply open the link to the tracker entry I created earlier and view the status. As far as I can see, there has been no progress yet, so no, there is no update at this point.

Hope you can use James's advice until this enhancement is processed, if indeed it will be implemented which is not clear at this point.

Thanks James,

Palli
