Automagic control

Hi.

I've seen the Automagic Form Designer on your site, but I cannot find where to download it.
I've installed the 6.4 beta and the control is not there, so I would like to know if it can be downloaded separatelly or if it is not released it.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Automagic control

Hello mtaperio

Welcome to Visual WebGui

Automagic Form Designer is not part of VWG.  This project is developed by a VWG member for his own need.

There was discussion with VWG team to have something similar built-in in VWG.  The VWG team agrees it could be a nice feature.

I will let a VWG team member to continue this thread and tell us if a runtime form designer is still in their plan.

Re: Automagic control

Hello,

We have been discussing the subject of creating a design surface client that would allow users to add a Form and UserControl designer on their application's client.
We have previously created a proof of concept of such a control and are waiting for a user or group of users that will use a Customization service to allow the work on the control to be completed.

For now I would be interested to have a panel that can be move and resize at runtime.  Can we start with only one control.  Do your proof on concept do this?

Re: Automagic control

Hello Martin,

I need more specifics - much more specified requirements as to what exactly "a panel that can be move and resize at runtime" means.

Without this information, I cannot answer your question.
