6.4p3 - Column headers not displayed in DataGridView (Chrome only)

Hello,

It appears in Chrome that the header columns of a DataGridView are not displayed. They show up OK in IE8, FF and Safari.

I am not able to reproduce that in Chrome, neiter for 6.4.0P3, nor for the upcoming 6.4.0Beta1
