Howdy,

I just updated to 6.4 .NET 3.5 P4, and I see something diferent, the way that the forms appear in design time.

There's no form title, minimize and maximize plus X button!

Check this screenshot, is the behavior like this from now on, or there's something wrong here?

But whats the resolution for this?
That bug is set to won't fix... is this going to be the final result??
