Hi,

I have a problem displaying a vwg app hosted in DNN 6.2.1.

The fist page display correctly. However if I try to display a message on clicking on a button . The window is displayed in a weird way and the content does not display at all.

I am using Iframe 4.0.4 (DNN module) to display my app.

Please not that the app works well by itself (Stand alone).

I would really appreciate any help.

Hi - We have had similar issues as you described for a long time.  VWG is such a great product, but still needs improvement:  Basically the current VWG HTML5 version still has some "unsolveable" issues when hosted within IFrames.  Especially in hosting Environments where you do not have full access to the parent page HTML (like FaceBook, MySpace, Ning, etc) .  Both Safari and IE9 make the issues worse.  Actually we are waiting for the next upgrade to VWG HTML5 - due out soon - in hopes that these remaining iFrame issues may be corrected.   Don't give up because VWG is a great product, with a strong roadmap, and excellent support.  ( and - no - we don't work for Gizmox - haha)

Thanks to Soft-Designs for his response here.

I can confirm that the demo application I created for the purpose of the thread Soft-Designs referenced, it works unmodified on the .NETHTML5 + Enterprize mobile preview2 version and it also works fine when all the html files used in that test application are changed to use html DOCTYPE. So yes, there are clearly better times ahead with the new doctype of that version. 

Please realize that this new version is still in a preview state, and not yet a released version.
