Re: Genius Code - Next Episode?

Hi Rudi -

Glad you got the demos working!

We haven't tried them in v6.4.x yet.  Guid should be a non-browsable property in the Gizmox Component class.  Intellisense won't pick it up, but it should compile just fine.  If not, Gizmox might have moved things around for v6.4.

Please let us know if you get our demos working in v6.4!

Ryan

Re: Genius Code - Next Episode?

Thanks Ryan, i think they may have moved things a little, in 6.4.x i get a compilation error on Guid not existing, so unless

there is another way to get to the Guid property, I'm kind of stuck.

Re: Genius Code - Next Episode?

Hi Rudi,

The Guid property was conflicting with the Guid class so it's name was changed in 6.4.0P1 to ID. See this issue here.

rudicronje,

Would you mind sending me that C# version of the URL Component control?  It would save me the time of converting... Email address is user name.

Thanks, Joe
