Silverlight templates are not available for creating a new Project

I’m not able to see the templates to create a new SilverLight project, I have installed VWG Professional studio several times with no luck.

The system setup:

XP professional SP3

VS2008 Team edition.

VWG_Professional_Studio_6.3.6a_NET3.5

Hi Gus,

Starting with version 6.3.x, there are no specific Silverlight templates any more. You select Silverlight deployment via the VWG integration's Deployment tab. See this article here on how you work with the VWG integration tabs.Silverlight deployment is also described in this article here.

The installation is fine, I have installed all locally but there’s not “Visual Silverlight” templates at the project selection. I just read someone else is having the same problem with no known solution.

Hi Gus,

Like I said in my last reply, "Starting with version 6.3.x, there are no specific Silverlight templates any more"... so this is just done differently via the deployment tab.Check the article and you'll see right away.
