<WebGui> <UseFlashForUpload Mode="On" /> </WebGui>
Values can be On or Off
General

Determines if DHTML control (setting = Off) or Flash control (setting = On) is used for the OpenFileDialog control, when uploading files to the server.

You should make sure that your current Visual WebGui version is compatible with the Flash version you intend to use, before you turn Flash uploads on.
