UserControl library with embedded images sample

This sample code demonstrates how to embed images in UserControls library using the AssemblyResourceHandle, which enables loading embedded resources.
UserControl1 uses an embedded resource image named 2.GIF which is placed in Images folder under the project root; therefore, the AssemblyResourceHandle gets the full path name: "UserControlWithResources.Images.2.GIF".
