Silverlight SDK Extension beta version 6.1.3 - Packager tool fix

Attached is the file Gizmox.WebGUI.Silverlight.Packaging.exe which is a fix version of the packager tool.
This file fixes a critical bug within the Silverlight Packager tool which causes the packager not to be able to recognize projects of type theme.
The file should replace the existing file within
<Windows-Dir>\system32\Gizmox\Silverlight\
