Why I can not reach Mysite from outside my LAN

i have build a web app using Visual WEBGUI and all is OK,else I can not reach Mysite from outside my LAN!
Why ?

Hi Ashrafnet,

I am certain the VWG team or anyone else would need significantly more information that this to assist you. Some things you might need to investigate or answer.

1. Are you able to access other non-VWG web sites on the same server from outside your LAN? Try create and access a standard html file.
2. How do you access your lan, via VPN, or does the Server have a publical IP address?
3. Are there possibly firewall rules that are preventing you from accessing the server
etc.

yes i can access my web site from outside my LAN!
my web site have a publical IP address.

i have put the vwg catalog in my web site and this is the link

Hi,

I took the liberty of taking a quick look for you, the problem appears to be that VWG is using your internal IP address 10.*.*.11 (masked for your security) as the base address which is used to for subsequent server requests from the client. I believe your problem relates to the following issue http://support.visualwebgui.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=1165.

With some luck the next version 6.0.1 will provide you with a setting <ForceDomain Value="" /> that you can use to force domain that is used to construct the base URL.

I cannot really understand the problem you are describing. Its sounds like you are having some kind of security / permissions or other kind of LAN configuration.

If you still thinks this matter is related to VWG, please be more specific with your description.
