I had done as you and from the links as you sent me by adding script map but still i am getting following error while i am trying to browse.

OK, could be different on 2008 server than it's on Vista I did configure sucessfully at home.

You could try waiting for Gizmox support (or someone else) to step in and help you, but if you like, you can email the project directly to my home email (palli at palli.org) and I can try to find time to take a look at it and deploy to my home IIS7 on Vista and see what happens. Just remember, you ZIP the whole project folder into a ZIP, except what under the bin and debug folders. In general you should get rid of the DLL's in the zip.

Hey, just noticed something in the error message. It's complaining about not enough permissions to read the config file!

That's something you can look into and adjust. There should be plenty of info about that on MSDN.

I probably will not get that error on my Vista, but my offer still stands if you like but I will not be able to take a look until tonight or tomorrow.

And something for you to think about. In IIS6 on a "default" server, you deploy your projects in the c:\Inetpub\wwwroot folder, which has preset security settings.

Your error message seem to indicate that you are deploying under the c:\Users folder in 2008 server. Donno about the 2008 server security settings, but I would not be surprized if you had to adjust them to be able to do that. The IIS7 process is running under different user credentials (by default) than the user that "owns" the c:\users folder you deploy to !

Ok thankyou Mr.palli,

We have just started our project using visual webgui from last one month at present we are using that application by using windows xp box. Just two days back only we had installed windows server 2008 on one of my server. We want to start deployment that application on server 2008 . So first of all I am trying to host a sample vwg application for testing by creating new vwg project by placing a button with messagebox.show("hai") and the default page is form1.wgx . Then i am trying to host it from iis this website . If i am able to open those form1.wgx from iis then i will start deploying my original project.

So thats what i am saying is there is nothing to send my application(samplevisualwebguiapplicaton1) to you .
