Target system: Windows Vista SP1, Visual Studio Team 2008, Silverlight 2.0.30523.8, Silverlight 2 SDK Beta2.

Previously was using Visual WebGUI For .Net3.5 build 6.1.4 on the target system.
Also, currently using Visual WebGUI 1.1 (Build 6.2.0a) For .NET 3.5 on a different system running
Windows XP Pro SP2 and Visual Studio Team 2008 without any issues so far.

Are there any prerequisites that I may be missing for Build 6.2.0a For.NET 3.5 running on Vista SP1?

I have got the same error when installing the SDK 6.2.0a. The install log is already sent to support at visualwebgui dot com. Please check.

My configuration:
Windows Vista Busniess (English) + SP1
IIS7 Enabled,
Visual Studio 2008 + SP1,
SQL Server 2005 + SP2.

I had the same problem.  You need to register vbscript and jscript dlls and that does the trick.
