The Visual WebGui Express Edition is free and allows absolutely free web development experience with the free Visual Studio Express Edition.

The Express Studio is open source and licensed with LGPL.

LGPL license allows development and deployment of open source derived application that can be sold commercially as long as they are kept open source with the acknowledge and consent of your client and the use of the Visual WebGui LGPL Waiver.

It is possible to develop commercial products without the LGPL Waiver with a OEM/SaaS license.
