The Visual WebGui Cluster Server provides additional scalability & redundancy to Visual WebGui. It scales Visual WebGui across web-farms and boosts the capacity of concurrent users of the application. The Cluster Server also provides your application with essential redundancy, protecting users from session termination.
The Cluster Server provides scaling capabilities required in order to store the session state within an external state server which can be either an SQL Server or any state server which is compatible with Microsoft ASP.NET session state.
Licenses that allow the activation of the Cluster Server Extension will be available soon (with the release of 6.4 version).
Visual WebGui Cluster Server is priced per CPU and will be available for commercial purchase and use with 6.4 release.

Cluster Server Architecture
The Cluster Server is constructed of two main orchestrating components:
- A Windows Service which is responsible for enabling the serialization of the VWG state and assuring the process is done efficiently and optimized.
- The Visual WebGui SDK which is capable of communicating with the Server's Windows service enabling state serialization.
