OEM / SaaS license agreements are required when your application combines the Visual WebGui (VWG) SDK and is distributed to more than 5 end user organizations or serves, more than 5 end user organizations as SaaS. Organization is an entity which acts as an end-user of the application, or uses the application as SaaS, whether by an individual or multiple users within the corporation, company, partnership or any other entity.
